Militoproject 14-Day Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Militoproject, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the terms below.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- Items must be in original condition

- Unworn and unwashed

- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items marked as “Non-Returnable”

- Sale items (exchange or store credit only)

- Items that are no longer available on our website

2. Return Process & Shipping

2.1. Customers are responsible for return method and shipping costs.
2.2. Returns can be requested from your order history.
2.3. If approved, we recommend using a tracked and insured service.

3. Exchange Process & Shipping

To request an exchange, email us at support@militoproject.com with the following:

- Your full name

- Your order number

- The item(s) you’d like to exchange

- The reason for exchange

- What you’d like instead (please check stock availability)

3.1. Exchanges are subject to approval and availability
3.2. Customers are responsible for return and re-shipping costs
3.3. If approved, return your item using a tracked & insured method
3.4. You will receive an email with your new tracking details once your replacement ships

4. Return & Exchange Approval

4.1. Returned items are inspected upon arrival
4.2. You’ll be notified by email whether your request is approved or denied
4.3. If approved, we will process a refund, exchange, or store credit

5. Refund Process

5.1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
5.2. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing
5.3. Timeframes may vary based on your financial institution

6. Sizing & International Orders

6.1. We do not offer exchanges on international orders
6.2. Refunds are not available for sizing errors, but an exchange may be offered if stock is available
6.3. Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs for size-related exchanges

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

7.1. If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us at 📧 support@militoproject.com within 7 days of delivery
7.2. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for eligible cases
7.3. Claims outside this window may not be accepted

8. Policy Exceptions & Rights

8.1. Militoproject reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy
8.2. This policy does not affect your statutory rights
8.3. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon being published on our website
