How to Measure

Chest: Measure around your upper body just under arms, across shoulder blades while holding tape measure firm and level.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button. Make sure the tape measure is snug but not too tight or too loose.

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hip, usually around the widest part of your buttocks. Make sure the tape measure is parallel to the ground and not too tight or too loose.

Shipping Policy:

• Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (no shipping on Sundays).
• Delivery Estimates:
• Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and ensuring correct shipping addresses.

Lost/Missing Parcels:
Militoproject is not liable for packages marked as delivered or for loss/theft post-delivery.

Refused Deliveries:
Refused parcels incur delivery and return fees deducted from refunds.

14-Day Returns Policy:

• Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale or non-returnable items can only be exchanged for gift cards.
• Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping costs.
• Refunds: Processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Exclusions:

• No international exchanges.
• Sizing issues qualify for exchanges only if stock permits.
• Items no longer available for sale are non-returnable.
